How much does HC3 cost?

Registering early will get you the cheapest price. See the current prices and their deadlines below. Talk to your InterVarsity staff on your campus if you need a scholarship.

Trendsetter: $89 until Feb 9
Early Bird: $99 ends Feb 23
Regular: $115 ends Feb Mar 2 (Online registration closes)
Late/Walk On: $130

When and where is HC3?

HC3 begins on Friday, March 9 and goes until Sunday March 11. We meet at Camp Forest Springs. The address is:

​Who can attend the conference?

All Hmong college students enrolled part-time or full-time are welcome to attend HC3. If you are a high school senior who is planning to attend college in Fall 2018, please contact us.

What if I can only attend one day of the conference?

We recommend that you attend the entire conference to get the best experience. There are no one-day prices.

What is the $35 deposit I have to pay at registration?

There is a non-refundable $35 deposit when you register. This deposit is already included in the registration price and is not an additional fee. When you register, you are required to pay at least the $35 deposit to lock in the current registration price. You may pay the rest of the registration balance later online or onsite.

How do I cancel my registration? What is the refund policy?

If you can no longer attend the conference, notify your InterVarsity campus staff. If you are not part of an InterVarsity chapter, please contact us. We will issue a refund. NOTE: The $35 deposit is not refundable. 

What is the dress code?

Dress comfortably and casual. We will be at a camp and there are outdoor and indoor activities during free time. The weather in March can be both warm and cold. Bring layers.

What should I pack?

Sleeping bag, pillow, warm clothes, toiletries, Bible, notebook/journal
